1. What makes The Reloved Project different from other brands?
At The Reloved Project, we create beautifully unique, custom-made pieces with sustainability in mind. Our clothing is designed to uplift, inspire, and radiate positivity, helping you feel confident and connected to the planet. Each item is produced only after you place your order, reducing waste and avoiding mass production. We’re dedicated to delivering high-quality, eco-conscious products that you’ll love to wear.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and, if it’s on our end, we’ll send you a free replacement.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door. If you haven’t received tracking info, check your spam folder or feel free to reach out to us.
4. What’s the production time for my order?
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. We work with a trusted print partner based in the US, and everything is made just for you.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average:
- USA: 1–5 business days
- UK, Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Please note that remote locations or customs delays may cause shipping times to be longer.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please see the estimated shipping times above for more information.
7. Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes on international orders?
Customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply to international orders, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Most orders arrive without issues, but we recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office if you're unsure.
8. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you realise there’s an error, contact us at reloved@myself.com as soon as possible. Once your order is in production, we may not be able to make changes. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
9. Are there any special care instructions for my items?
Yes! To keep your item looking fresh and vibrant for as long as possible, we recommend the following care tips:
Wash inside out at a maximum of 30°C, with similar colors
Air dry or tumble dry on low, max 60°C
Do not iron the printed area
Do not dry clean
Each garment comes with its own label, so please double-check those instructions before washing. A little extra care goes a long way!
10. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our items are custom-made, we begin production as soon as you place your order. Unfortunately, this means we can’t accept cancellations or changes once the order is confirmed.
11. How do I contact customer service?
