At The Reloved Project, every item is made just for you — printed only after you place your order. We’re committed to delivering high-quality pieces as quickly as possible, while staying true to our sustainable values.


Fulfilment Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
We work with a trusted print partner based in the US, and your order is made to order — not pulled from a warehouse.

Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.


Estimated Shipping Times

USA: 1–5 business days

UK, Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days

Australia & Rest of World: 7–15 business days

For some remote areas or due to customs delays, shipping may take up to 30 days. If your order feels unusually delayed, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.


Customs & Import Fees

Most orders arrive smoothly, but some international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges aren’t included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office before ordering.


Address Changes & Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at reloved@myself.com.

Once your order has gone into production, we may not be able to make changes. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
