Welcome to The Reloved Project. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

1. Physical Products & Orders

All items are made-to-order, printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this print-on-demand model, we do not guarantee cancellations, edits, or changes after checkout. Orders are typically sent into production within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to fraud, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, or violations of these Terms.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We accept payment via secure, approved payment processors.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be fulfilled before shipping. Delivery timeframes vary by location.

  • Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by you.

4. Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs policies vary. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local postal or customs office before placing an order.

5. Returns & Replacements

As items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Buyer’s remorse

We only offer replacements or refunds in the case of:

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
  • You must report these issues within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, images, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of The Reloved Project. You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute any site content without permission
  • Use our designs or imagery for resale or commercial purposes
  • Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with The Reloved Project

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Reloved Project and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from:

  • Your use of the website or services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations if such delays are due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or conflict
  • Labor strikes
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet or infrastructure failures

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

Terms of Service – Coaching Programs

Effective Date: 01 May 2025

1. Program Fees and Structure

  • All programs are sold as complete packages and not on a per-session basis. The total fee reflects the value of the entire program.
  • Payment confirms your booking and your agreement to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

By purchasing a coaching program with The Reloved Project (“Coach”), you understand and agree that coaching services are for personal development, guidance, and support. Coaching is not licensed therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. The Coach does not claim to cure, treat, or provide any specific results. Clients should seek advice from qualified professionals for medical, psychological, or legal concerns.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments for coaching programs are non-refundable.
  • By purchasing a program, clients acknowledge that they are opting into the program immediately and waive any statutory cooling-off period.
  • Refunds will not be issued if a client decides to stop, change their mind, or withdraw early from the program. Partial attendance or participation does not entitle the client to any refund.
  • Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of The Reloved Project if it is not possible to deliver the service. 
  • Clients may request to pause the program due to genuine extenuating circumstances. Remaining program time can be held as credit for future use once the client is ready to resume.
  • Pauses are subject to The Reloved Project approval.
  • The Coach is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment. The Coach may, at their sole discretion, terminate the coaching relationship if the Client engages in threatening, abusive, harassing, or intimidating behaviour- or any conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Upon termination under this clause, all fees paid are non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable.

4. Session Scheduling

  • Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and environment to participate effectively.
  • 24hrs notice is required to reschedule sessions. If adequate notice is not given, the session cannot be rescheduled. 

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Coaching is undertaken at your own risk. The Reloved Project is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, including financial or personal outcomes, resulting from coaching sessions.
  • Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for all decisions, actions, and results following coaching guidance.

6. Confidentiality

  • All client information will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where a client poses a risk to themselves or others.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources provided as part of coaching remain the intellectual property of The Reloved Project. Clients may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without written permission.

8. Agreement to Terms

By completing payment and purchasing a program, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
