Refund policy

We hope you love your items — we work closely with our production partner to ensure high-quality results. At The Reloved Project, each piece is made just for you and custom printed to reduce waste and honour the planet.

Because we don’t hold inventory or mass-produce, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily offer a free replacement.

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

If you believe there was an issue with your order (like damage, printing error, or wrong item), we’re happy to review it. If the issue was on our end, we’ll gladly send you a free replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at reloved@myself.com with:

1. A clear photo of the issue

2. Your order number

3. A brief description

 

A few important notes:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing — please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Small variations in print, colour, or placement are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address. If you entered the wrong shipping address, you must let us ASAP. Once it has been shipped, we can’t refund, redirect or replace the order.
